In any case I can resolve this boot failure using recovery command line and renaming Tpkd.sys to another Problem is, that older iLok throws blue screen pointing to Tpkd.sys, or it just reboots during the windows/uefi logo loading without showing any error.

Therefore, I need to install the older iLok (located in "Old installers" when you download the latest iLok version from ) in order to get Pro Tools 10 work with its included AAX plugins. The new iLok version kind of works, in the sense that it doesn't cause issues to my Windows, but it throws errors on some licensed plugins that I need (included with Pro Tools) during Pro Tools startup, so it's unusable. Just went for a fresh Windows 10 install and I cannot get PACE iLok to work properly. You can revert many boot errors this way.
